Bogotá, 28 March 2020. COVID-19 is the greatest challenge humanity has faced in its recent history, and it is clear that the only way to address this challenge is through unity, both between as well as within countries.
In Chocó, sixty women, including social leaders and former FARC combatants, participated in a workshop to exchange knowledge and learn practical tools to identify situations of gender violence and act against possible aggressions.
A ritual of forgiveness was held by Embera indigenous communities and former FARC combatants in a municipality in western Antioquia. Event supported by the government, political parties, and the UN Verification Mission in Colombia.
