A group of 20 people from the La Plancha community, in Anorí Antioquia, who are preparing for reintegration, is carrying out a beekeeping project, with support from Paso Colombia, and Sena.
Since quarantine was decreed in Colombia, numbers of gender-based violence have increased. Just in Nariño, between January and May 2020, 584 cases of violence against women have been reported, according to data issued by the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences.

During two meetings organized by the UN Verification Mission in Dabeiba, Antioquia, the dialogue was fostered, and women were trained in the production of handmade soaps.

Former FARC combatants from various municipalities in the Caribbean Coast, their children, and neighbours of the community are trained in strategic and digital communication with the support of the UN Verification Mission and UNDP.
"The main movement in the modern era is to move from conflict to peace, this has happened everywhere in the world, and for me, it is wonderful to be here as a witness in Colombia," says Don Parrish with a contagious laugh.
